Beginner Juggling Lesson

Beginner juggling lesson for all ages

When: Sat Aug 19. Doors at 1130a. Event starts at 12p.

Who: All ages. No juggling experience required. Under 18yrs old must be accompanied by a guardian or provide contact information for one during the session.

Cost: Free RSVP here. Limited space. Suggested sliding scale donation accepted on site. Cash or digital payment. All donations received will go to directly to event leader. Also NOTAFLOF event.

What: Join me for a one-hour workshop where I will teach you the fundamentals of juggling. We will go over the basic cascade with scarves and graduate to balls. Equipment will be provided but if you have your own juggling equipment feel free to bring it. All skill levels are welcome but I will focus on teaching the beginners.

What to Bring: Your own juggling equipment if you prefer but not required. Wear comfortable clothing. Snacks and beverages of your choosing. Tea and water provided.

Kai Heartlife (They/She) is a 16 year old professional juggler from the Bay area. They have been juggling since they were 2 years old and performing all around the country with their family their whole life doing environmentally focused juggling shows. Kai has performed for multiple years at the International Jugglers Association festival as well as the Portland Juggling festival and Oregon Country Fair.
